The National Association of Realtors® has witnessed many problems for Americans who are in trouble with their homeloans. They are being taken advantage of and NAR has called for increased funding and financial assistance, counseling, and assistance. Some scammers are taking advantage of those who have their equity in their home and are in a tight position. They become easy targets and if they are not properly educated about options and assistance available to them, they may succome to poor offers.
A key to protection is to find a quality Realtor®. Las Vegas Realtors® are Las Vegas real estate agents who belong to the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors (GLVAR). They are required to perform with certain ethics and can be of great help. There are also resources available to consumers on the GLVAR web site.
