Like the number of real estate listings, the weather is cooling in Las Vegas. From summertime ranges of 74-106 degrees we are quickly cooling in the desert air to the mid-40s and mid-60s. For the last couple of months it has been very comfortable but we are seeing the temperatures sink and fewer and fewer people are moving about in shorts. It is refreshing to some who struggle in the constant heat.
For me, I enjoy the season change. I wouldn't even mind a bit of snow here and there. Many people love the valley because the winters are so mild. It's a big deal when it freezes during the winter and many are glad that low temperatures are not an annual norm.
