We've all heard of people buying islands, communities, or developments. What to buy a town? According to Yahoo, a real estate agent in Texas spent hundreds of thousands restoring an old town named Albert. He cleaned it up and put it up for sale on Ebay. That's right, the whole town. Supposedly it only costs $2.5M.
Makes you wonder what the requirements are to own and operate a town. Can you imagine owning any good sized chunk of Las Vegas real estate? Just a small community is worth Millions.
