As we prepare tonight for out halloween outings I hope we have a joyful, safe time. Today offered some safety tips for youngsters.
I think one of the keys as we leave our homes is to go into communities that we know well. Make sure teens and youth visit homes that are familiar.
Also, some reports say that most accidents are vehicle related. Keep in mind that many people will be out and about in both vehicle and on foot. Keep an eye out for those gobblins and ghouls.
