D. R. Horton, the nations largest home builder said the 2007 home selling year looks bleak. The CEO Donald J. Tomnitz says the outlook "sucks" when referring to the current year. 2008 shows promise but new home builders continue to give discounts and incentives to drive sales of large inventories.
The silver lining then? Buyers should be eating this information up. What a great time to buy a home and take advantage of the great opportunity to negotiate a great price and get great incentives.
