The Lakes community is located just east of Summerlin between Sahara and Desert Inn straddling Fort Apache. A large man-made lake is surrounded by lush green parks and private homes. Fabulous homes are available as lake front property. Though custom homes are built in the area, many of the homes are sold at prices comparable with other areas of town.
